About Us
Anne Bush Ambrose founded Metropolitan Serenity House in 1989 in response to a need for a program that brought families back together and supported recovery from addictions so that young men could become productive persons of integrity. Anne earned a B.S. from the University of Georgia and a M.Ed. from Brenau University. She has practiced psychotherapy for 28 years and in 2006 was awarded the Points of Light Award by the President of the United States. Anne's passion for healing families and supporting young men in their recoveries is unparalled. Her enthusiasm has made Serenity House the successful program it is today.
